Once we realized there was a second entrance to the car park, this made it easier to access the hotel. There was a line of people waiting to go into breakfast we had several staff walking past without directing anyone to a table. We were waiting for 10 minutes before someone eventually started directing the people to their tables. Once seated the staff were helpful. The hot food in the warmers ran out and we had to wait some time for it to be topped up in the warmers.

Despite the cleanliness of the room, our stay at the hotel left much to be desired, particularly considering the hefty price tag of $358 per night. One glaring issue was the subpar water pressure in the shower, which made for a disappointing bathing experience. We had hoped for better amenities and comfort commensurate with the price point, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while the cleanliness was appreciated, the value for money fell short of expectations.

The staff members were lovely. The rooms are outdated and in need of renovation. I wasn't very impressed with my high floor balcony that I had reserved. Breakfast and afternoon tea would have been wonderful on the balcony, but the lack of chairs and tables put an end to the plan. We were forced to dine at different tables in the room since the table in front of the television had just one chair and the other was just to small for two. We discovered that the restaurant was superior than several places in town, which saved us a trip.

A minor mess around with checking in as I only carry digital cards. Eventually a costly working around was met. The surrounds of the room was a constant vibe and did not really provide insulation from other people’s conversations and so forth. Lucky I had earplugs
