My family was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that were not as nice as this one. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of free coffee and tea and even bottled water. We found plenty of food options in and around the hotel. The only recommendation is a better name than The Hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we're in DC

The property was clean - NEW - MODERN and just wonderful. GREAT restaurants in the hotel easy access and parking very easy as well. It is located right at the University of Maryland and everything was walkable. I will definitely stay there again -- staff were so helpful and pleasant.

Beautiful high end feeling hotel at a reasonable price. Conveniently located across the street from UMCP. Free shuttle to the College Park Metro station made our trip into DC even more convenient.

We stay with one child in the sofa bed and the mattress of the sofa bed was extremely thin, so much that our kid can feel the metal frame. We asked for an additional mattress and the staff came and added a blanket but it didn’t improve the bed experience at all.

Very comfortable. The TV allows us to pull out from the wall mount and plug in our own HDMI cable. Very nice feature. The light switches are also very nice.

Nice Place

Beautiful hotel, from the lobby to the room decor. Missing element from the room would be microwave. They have one in the lobby for guests to use which I found inconvenient when you are on the 5th floor and want to heat up leftovers from one of the many restaurants in the hotel area. The indoor pool was one of the perks for booking this hotel. Very nice but as we were going down the stairs we found an army of ants marching around the perimeter of the pool entrance.

Great location. Very well maintained. Too much tech. No light switches - uses light panels that are nit very user friendly. Need room in the elevator. When you forget your key you have to walk to the other end of the hotel to get a replacement. Very nice poorly designed hotel.
