Room was spacious, however the wall was too thin, we could hear the next room talking and watching tv. The staff was subpar. When we arrived, the front desk person was not at the counter, we waited, no one showed up. I walked around the corner, saw the worker sitting in the adjacent room, looking at his phone. I got his attention, he didn’t greet us, stone faced. Did get us checked in. When I asked about possible late check out, he punted me to the day shift. Ice machine on second, third and fourth floors didn’t work. Finally found a working one on the first floor. Next morning, I inquired about late check out, the lady on duty again was not welcoming at all, “ we don’t offer late checkout”. No smile, no greetings. The feeling of this hotel is cold, staff seemed to rather be somewhere else. Would not return.

Great room and spacious for us 2. There is construction in the next lot but we didn't hear it during the day but did see them working. It would be nice if the gym had water and the front desk was out of water as well when we got in that night but it was refilled that morning.

The staff could be a little more cheerful, if not staying on the top (4th) floor you could hear people walking above you. I asked to be moved from 2nd floor to 4th floor during stay due to noise level above us(it’s just the way the hotel is built). Breakfast is great, festive decor, could use more then one trash can in bathroom and more comfortable pillows and more blankets

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We come to College Station every year for Santa's Wonderland and this is the hotel we like. Only thing I have complaints about is the breakfast, it could be better. It just didnt taste very fresh. Other than that, the staff is super friendly, the hotel is nice and quiet and the rooms are good with lots of space. It is in a great location to everything. We will be staying here again.
