This would not be my 1st choice again. We had bugs in our room, the shower had used shampoo & conditioner in it wrapped in hair and the fridge didn’t even get cold. The pool was cloudy the staff was okay but not the nicest. The bed was uncomfortable and it would get hot at night even the the air was on a cold temperature. The pillows were small. The elevator worked when it wanted to if you had to go get ice on the 5th floor the elevator wouldn’t come back up to get you. The walls and doors are paper thin you could hear everyone talking and stomping around. Definitely will not be going back

WORST PLACE EVER!

I will never go back again! Worst customer service ever. Waited an hour and a half to check in, stated our room wasn’t ready, while giving others rooms. I’m a local & just went over to the beach with family & to see my great granddaughter at the beach for the first time. The supposedly Owner, or at least that’s what she said, approached my significant other and my Son in law said they had to leave then got in my face waving her hands around and saying “please don’t come back”. Well she doesn’t have to worry we won’t! So we left, don’t want to be where not wanted. We had been there all day until she came out patrolling the pool deck. Some reason she picked on us. Couldn’t get a refund for that night, so I stopped payment for that night. Sorry for the long review but please watch your back if you choose to go there.

This property uses an obsessive amount of chemical cleaning products. (Compatible to smell of fabuloso) The Oder is so strong I had migraines and nausea the entire time I was there with brief relief once outside breathing fresh air. There was construction at pool area on Saturday afternoon with loud power tools and hammering. The 5th floor elevator was broken so I had to haul all my luggage and coolers thru the stairwell. This was an exhausting and sickening vacation. I had to leave the hotel early and was unable to contact from desk about my early departure due to 20+ people waiting extremely long time to check in during a rain storm. I felt much better within an hour of leaving this property from sickening cleaning chemical fumes. Unfortunately my experience was not a relaxing weekend vacation as I had hoped for .

Only 1 elevator working. Reservations for a room w/a kitchenette and there was absolutely nothing in the kitchenette area to use for cooking or eating.WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WHEN I BOOKED!!!Would of packed cooking items & eat/drinking utensils.

German roaches in our room and the hall on our floor. Mentioned this to staff, nothing was done or offered. These are very hard pests to get rid of and can cost a lot if they were to find their way to our homes. Staff did not seem to care at all. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

Have stayed here before, very disappointing this time. They had german cockroaches that we saw in our room & on our floor. Staff seemed to be unbothered by this. These are roaches that we could unintentionally bring home and cost us tons to get rid of. Very disappointed.

Elevators were broken came with handicap mother. Check in time was over an hour on a Sunday. Had to get my own towels and the front desk lady told me to go on the laundry from and get them. I used to stay here years ago, never again! Ever!

Other than an updated clean room the visit was horrible. Couldn’t catch elevator on fifth floor, had to take steps to fourth floor bring elevator up Cleaned room one day left no towels, we had to go downstairs and pick them up Third day had to ask for towels Pool was cloudy, couldn’t see bottom from Fifth floor Overall hotel is showing age/wear tear/neglect. Even the sign out front doesn’t work! Three nights came back to strong smell of pot in parking lot Check in process is so old and antiquated. All info was given when reservation was placed, card was charged a couple days before arrival and still had several pages of papers to sign! All and all we will never stay here again and make sure friends and family know why
