The rooms were updated and clean. Beds were comfortable. The lobby and main areas of the hotel are very dated and musty. The pool and bar area were very old looking and unkempt. Some time spent on the landscaping (removing dead foliage, fixing broken paving stones etc would have gone a long way. The outdoor bar counter was painted plywood! I believe a hurricane came through in October 2024 so may have caused some damage, but it has not been repaired/cleaned up if this was the scenario. We did not eat in the restaurant as it was also very dated and was not at all appealing in its appearance which turned us off the idea of dining there. Price for the room was too high considering the state of the property We found out too late we could have stayed in much nicer places just a bit further down the road also right on the beach and in a nicer area. That was the one thing that was appealing about this property. We did have an ocean view and easy access to the beach.

Floors felt sticky. Shower was super slippery. Restaurant Traders was horrible. We were given two free drinks to use and went and had lunch. When time came to pay, we were told they were only for drinks on a speciall menu and at the bar. We were never told this and our drinks were definitely well drinks. Last the food was medicre bar food, nachos, egg rolls and chicken bites were all meh. Bill was $57. Not impressed.

Great beach access!

This location was perfect! After hurricane damage, you can tell they prioritized beach access, as they had a new gate and stairs to the beach. The rooms are updated and the rest of the hotel is charming. Check in was easy and accommodating. I'd skip the restaurant, though. The menu we recevied at the table was different than the one online, missing many of the items and huge price increases. The pool water was too cold for our stay in March, but it looked really nice and clean! Would recommend

Got 1 stars for a reason

It was the worst! First room I got had roaches room 124 so he said I couldn’t get a refund, but I could get a different room so I said ok room 111 stayed the night next morning found roaches there too! So of course we checked out with 3 days left still, and we could not get a refund that is straight bull crap! They say it wasn’t true but never checked it not only that why would I lie? Why would I leave your hotel with 3 days left?! Doesn’t make since I’ll never book at another best western in my life!!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel!!! . The hotel manager's behavior was unprofessional and inhospitable!!!! . As someone with years of experience in the hotel industry, I was shocked by her attitude. She failed to listen to my concerns and instead became confrontational. When I attempted to discuss my issues, she abruptly left the reception desk, leaving me unattended. My problems began when I was assigned a room on the second floor, only to be relocated to the fifth floor without access to an elevator. I was forced to carry my luggage up the stairs. Furthermore, upon returning to my room I the afternoon , I discovered that the door had been left open by the cleaning staff, compromising the security of my belongings. Unacceptable!!

The staff is very nice and helpfull, the maids dont clean the rooms everyday maybe because i was there for just 2 nights but overall its fine. We had a couple of roaches in the room even if the place is clean. The locatikn is great righton the beach. Dont take a room where you have a door communicating with an other not insulated at all, i felt the room next door was saying with us. Overall I would go back knowing those details

Great place for families!

We love staying here. The rooms are just as the pictures portray. The restaurant is really nice and the pool also. Everything is always really clean and the staff are nice.

Really bad had cockroaches in the bathroom at least 7 !!!!’n call the office they switch the room but that’s it and I paid for 2 nights!!!!!!

Room was newly renovated and nice and clean but the rest of the hotel is old and run down not maintained at all. Pool are was unkept weeds everywhere. The room next to us had a party still going at 2am and where smoking all night which we could smell coming through the interconnecting door was not ideal for our kids.
