The lady, Gwen, thay checked us in was awesome!!! Very accomodating and friendly. The reataurant staff were also great!!! The only thing that was missing (which is the reason i booked this hotel) was the Tiki Bar outside!!! Bring it back PLEASE!

Not our best visit

Service in the restaurant was really slow. Took over 30 minutes to get lunch after we ordered and there was only one other table in the restaurant. Also very warm in the restaurant. Guests were slamming doors and running around and being loud all night. Staff stood outside our door and talked. Over all very loud. We have started here 4 times and this was the worst. Brad was hard and the pillows small and flat. We like it because the pool is nice and is right in the ocean. Staff is generally friendly.

Aaron at the front desk was absolutely amazing! I had some issues with my booking through Expedia and he helped me until the issue was resolved and with a great attitude. People who have the patience and kindness like that deserve special recognition!

I only stayed at the hotel for one night it would’ve been more however the staff was very unfriendly and apparently not up-to-date with company policies because I was told one thing and when I got there it was treated another so I would think twice before staying there. Lots of noise all throughout the night They also never pick up the phone

Although there is much at this hotel to be grateful for, the check-in experience was one of the worst! It took over a half hour because of walk-in guests, and the world's loudest attic fan screamed the entire time. However, I will say that despite this, the attendant on duty-- Sajid--was extremely patient, and showed gold star customer service even though he also had to listen to the world's loudest attic fan all day long as well. He also had to handle walk-in guests and impatient customers. Sajid was a bright spot in this otherwise dull and frustrating experience. Also, just a maintenance note--the room I stayed in not only did not have toilet paper, it didn't even have a place for toilet paper, and the door did not shut on it's own accord.

Room was nice, shower had hair in it and the room had a strange smell to it. The room also had a dehumidifier that you had to keep dumping. Hotel only had one working elevator, the other one had a man replacing a tile in it while it was operating. The hotel had 3 vending machines, not one of them worked instead they told you to walk across the street to the 7eleven. Early check in was not avaliable even after they told me I could. The bar restaurant for the hotel had no working AC and depending on who was bartending they charged you $12 for every drink, or if you were lucky you got charged the correct $6.75 for the drink. However they had no quarters so they rounded up and still charged you more. I got the same drink every time and each time the price was different. The property also shows in pictures that it has two large pools in which it does not, it has a small kid pool and 1 adult pool.

Rooms were very clean and everyone was super friendly. They were doing some maintenance and upkeep, but it was hardly noticeable. The air was not working properly in the bar/restaurant area, but I only hated it for the employees. Aaron at the front desk was probably the most friendly person I’ve ever dealt with on any check-in. All in all for the price it couldn’t be beat!
