Just a short walk from the community clubhouse, you'll have access to a large pool, workout room, tennis courts, and even a small movie theater. Plus, public beach access at The Crab Trap is only a short drive away. This destination is perfect for families, offering a wealth of recreational options to suit all ages!

Upon entry, guests are welcomed by an inviting open-air foyer with lake views throughout. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances, including double ovens, a gas cooktop, and ample storage space—perfect for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy the comforts of home with a Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. The dine-in island breakfast bar provides seating for four, making it ideal for entertaining!

Upstairs, guests can enjoy a Double Queen Bedroom, a King Suite, and a custom bunk room with 3 built-in twin beds. The two beautiful full bathrooms on the second floor are shared between these bedrooms.

Low Speed Vehicle Rentals: Beach Reunion offers a modern fleet of six-passenger LSV, all 2023 and 2024 models! Equipped with lithium-ion batteries, they provide a 25+ mile run time on a full overnight charge. VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Beach Service: Guests of Anchor Down can rent beach chair setups at The Crab Trap on Scenic Gulf Drive. Please speak to a La Dolce Vita beach attendant for further information or call (866) 651-1569.

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated. Spa does not reach standard spa heat temps. 86 degrees max.)

Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:
Bathrooms: Message Body Bar, Body Lotion, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand/Body Bar, and Linen Spray. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Kitchen Wipes, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

* This home only rents Saturday to Saturday During Spring Break and Summer Season!

* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older, with the exception of children in families.

* Weddings/Events – Not Permitted

* Outdoor Fireplace at Property is Inoperable between May 1-September 30 Annually. Please contact office for additional questions.

* Private LSV Under Cover in Garage is Strictly for Owner Use; Please contact Beach Reunion for LSV Rentals
