Hotels with a Gym in Mexico

From the minute we got there every single person we encountered was friendly courteous knowledgeable I'm very helpful. Diego at the activity desk was the best! Emilio at the transportation check-in area was super helpful. The room was awesome, very spacious. We eight at all of the restaurants, Italian and Sunset Cafe were the best. We weren't real impressed with the buffet, even though they had a wide variety a lot of it was the same thing every day and unfortunately some of the food just didn't taste good. The candy shop was great 24-hour coffee shop was great. The gift store was very very expensive. Activities at the pool everyday were fun to watch. It seems to be in a very nice safe area. The beds were super super comfortable. We never saw any bugs except little Teensy tiny ants but when we pointed it out they went out and sprayed right away took care of that. There was never any garbage or anything left laying all around the pool area because they were constantly going around and picking up garbage. It was just overall a very very good experience and I would definitely recommend it. If you go, say hi to Diego for us.

The hotel offers absolutely stunning views, which were the highlight of our stay. However, the service was inconsistent. At times, we received excellent service, while other interactions were surprisingly disappointing. The property is also very large, which made it feel a bit overwhelming and less personal than we prefer. Overall, the beautiful scenery made the stay enjoyable, but the service and size of the resort were drawbacks for us.
