The staff was stellar, and very friendly! The room however was not desireable. The heater was so noisy the room came with earplugs - which if you think about it, walking in tho check into your room this is a VERY bad sign. The heater doesn't shut off for more than 30 seconds at a time. Also, we needed another blanket just to stay warm. Also, the room was old and needed a revamp. I do not recommend
