Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Not very clean the bed sheets and pillow cases were never changed it had real bad dirty stains and I have pictures even the curtains had real big stains the couches were very dirty the place was overall not clean at all and needs to be better if people are going to spend a lot of money luckily I brought my own pillow and blanket

The floors were pretty dirty. They also don’t supply you with basic needs like other units I have stated in. You get one garbage bag for a week stay.

Not bad

Decent condo and owners left beach toys which was great to have. Splash pad was broke and no maintenance people in sight due to Holliday. Pool opens late and closes early. The condo needs some TLC on high traffic areas, but all in all, not too bad for the price.

Very nice setup

The property was very nice. The features around the pool where very nice but none of them were working and don't look like they have been for quite some time. My room was on ground level was very clean outside of the roaches, That would come alive at night and when the lights were off.

The overall process was easy. Management team were great and responsive. Property location was fantastic. However the couch DEFINITELY needs replacing. Literally sitting on the coils of all the cushions. Squeaks every time you sit/move. Master Bed mattress sinks on both sides… one side was worse then the other. The place looked clean upon entry however the floors needed mopping. Remotes for the tv’s ( all 3 of them) weren’t synced and the mashing machine wasn’t working correctly and had a ton of sand. Again maintenance came out ASAP and fixed everything

The Worst Vacation Rental I've Stayed At In Destin!

I have tried to reach out to the owners regarding my complaints but no one has contacted me which makes me truly upset on how they do not care and only wanted my money! Upon arrival my family was greeted by annoying pests. Small roaches were appearing in the kitchen, bedrooms and also in the bathroom areas (seems to be an infestation). This made me and family very uncomfortable and forced us to have to buy a can of roach spray to try and rid the insects. Secondly, we did not have toilet tissue in one of the bathrooms. We had to purchase a pack on our own. Also, the unit did not seem to be cleaned well, which should be top priority due to COVID-19. There were old blown out light bulbs left in the bedroom that were for the lamps. The bedroom lamps in the master bedroom do not work. Electrical outlets in the bedroom were not fully working. Master bathroom appeared to have unfinished white sheetrock patch up work to the walls with no paint covering. Sheetrock droppings was left all over the flooring in the bathroom. An old black garage bag left in the corner of the master bathroom looks appears unsanitary. There are no towel bars for guests to hang used towels. This has been my worse experience coming to Destin, FL as I have never stayed in a place that I was unsatisfied with. I come to Destin, FL at least twice a year and this was an experience that I did not want to ruin my love for the city. This experience has ruined my VRBO experience!

Beach vacay.

The condo was very nice and roomy. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible, it seriously needs to be replaced. Short walk to the beach and great shopping close by. This would be a place that I would stay at again.

Just a street away from the beach

Nice set of condos. Pool is small and will become over crowded if more that 4 families visit at the same time. Location is slightly further east than the major traffic, which we appreciated. Direct beach access is right across the street and was very convenient. Surf Hut restaurant just east is excellent and an easy walk. Rooms were clean and well kept. All amenities were available including blender, beach chairs and pool inflatables. We donated a cooler, pack your favorite beverages to the wonderful white sand beach.

It was a nice condo, small . Had some problems with internet . No instructions for how to work living room TV. , Or where to take trash. It would have been helpful to know what places that they would have recommended for dinners. Wouldn't recommend this for people with small children. The unit was clean and had public beach entrance across the street. The gate attendance was very friendly.

When arriving at the house was mostly clean. The toliets were not clean and the coffe pot ground holder was molded over. The king bed broke the first night we laid down. The location of the place is great. The security guards was alot of fun. Overall would stay again but with cleaning fee please check those items.

The stay was as expected with the exception of parking and the neighbors upstairs. The overflow parking was ridiculous and tight. My daughters car was hit and no one left a note. As for the neighbors, there was a toddler that woke us up everyday around 4-5 am. All we heard was screaming, running and noise. If it hadn't been for that, our stay would have been exceptional.

Elephants above us.

Everything was great until people in the condo above us moved in. We could hear them talking and walking all night long. We could even hear their tv’s. They had 2 kids that would run and stomp and played what I could only guess was basketball in the condo most nights until 2am. The adults weren’t much better. Will not be back for those reasons. Our neighbors next to us said they experience the same thing with the upstairs people above them. So I’m thinking it’s a flaw in the building along with inconsiderate people.
