My room had a broken bathtub floor covering a piece of the cracks with a white large piece of vinyl which was very dirty and unsafe for my family. The hotel did not even want to refund my money as they stated they follow their policies. However nowhere in their policy says that you’re renting a room that’s broken and unsafe for families. A room like this shouldn’t be rented.

Very slippery tile on the floor in the bathroom areas once it gets wet! I ended up slipping and falling which lead to 4 days in the hospital. I would never stay there again because of this safety issue!!!

Not a business hotel

This was a nice, clean, and quiet location, but better suited for a family trip or college visit. If you are here for business and need amenities to work like WiFi, I wouldn’t book here again. It worked when people were gone midday but not well or at all other times of the day. I thought it was our devices until it worked when the hotel was almost empty. The system can’t keep up with that much server requests. Cells also don’t work well inside the rooms, so I couldn’t work from my room like planned. Breakfast area had a basic offering but was VERY crowded most of the times it was open. Overall if you need a good spot to stay for an event where you’re gone most of the time, it’s perfect. Just not business friendly for those of us working odd times or trying to work from your room.

Ok for one night

Upon arrival, the desk clerk insisted on arguing with me about 2 rooms or 3. I showed him my confirmation and he still insisted I had reserved 3 rooms. The room was ok, bed was good butvthere was no separation of light from the bath to the bedroom so you couldn't use the sink without waking everyone up. The bathroom door squeaked horribly. Breakfast was good.
