My husband and I stayed here for the first time and we liked it. The room was spacious and comfy, and the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The $350 deposit at check-in caught us by surprise (maybe listed online and we missed it) so be aware. The only small downside was the shower setup the shower head was little high up and some water escaped the curtain onto the floor. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to close out the gaps and I had to keep the shower head towards the wall but Overall though, it was a good stay close to Disneyland. We caught uber there, but if you want to walk I think it’s about a 20-25 min walk. Depending how fast you walk lol. We wanted to do rope drop so we caught uber just to get us there quicker!

Toilet wasn't working , I called for help and no one resolved it. I had to go to restroom downstairs from the ninth floor every single time. I called and no one fixed it. Samul the manager said he is going to refund 100 dollars

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend on our first kid-free Disney trip. It was perfect! The rooms were super spacious, clean, updated, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The ART line picks up and drops off right outside, making $6/day passes super affordable and convenient to travel to and from the parks. We’ll be back!

This is a good hotel. Free breakfast but you get what you pay for. It’s not bad but it’s not something I would pay for. From 5-6:30pm they do have complimentary light appetizers and 2 free drinks, which was nice. The rooms are clean. The view is just whatever. Nothing special. We got a “firework view” but you can barely see it. Tv guide only shows what channel is playing so it’s kinda a guessing game. The staff was friendly and kind but I did ask for towels and coffee cups on a 4 day stay on day 1 and I never received them til I asked a third time on day 3. Even then I only received the towels. The hotel was only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Parking was $25 a night. It is an $75 deposit per night and parking will be taken out of that. The pool was a nice relaxing area and did have cornhole. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. With this hotel being on the cheaper side, I will be back.
