After the hectic scene at NAMM, the Hyatt was a haven of peace. The beds are wonderful! Genaro, the clerk at check-out early this morning (1/24), was especially helpful and gracious.

This is the third time we stay at this location, 2/3 times it’s been an issue with our room. We book a king room. It’s just me and my husband. They keep telling us they “upgraded us” to a family room. There’s no upgrade for us for that. The walking space is tiny, there’s a separate room with a bunk bed. It’s not for two people. The room is small and we keep getting this. The first time it happened they fixed it. This time we didn’t even bother. They also didn’t have late check out. So unhappy.
