Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Orange County was absolutely amazing for my children and me. We stayed here for our Disneyland trip, and it could not have been more perfect. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location was ideal—shopping was convenient, and we could easily walk to nearby restaurants. We also felt completely safe throughout our stay, which made the trip even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Disneyland!

We had a wonderful stay while taking the children to Disneyland. I loved how family friendly the hotel was. The kids loved the Kids Suite bunk beds, making smores on the rooftop and enjoying a movie at the downstairs pool while swimming. I appreciated the comfortable beds, convenient Disney shuttle, and yummy pizzas! The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and very helpful. You have a truly wonderful property with everything a family needs at a very good price for the level of service and cleanliness. My only critique is that the furniture in our room was quite worn. Marks in the desk and headboard showed the age of the hotel. We will be back. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable without breaking our budget!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Hotel and were especially impressed by the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, the front desk team welcomed us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they made us feel right at home. The valet staff were equally outstanding, quick, courteous, and always ready with a smile. Guest services also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across such consistently friendly and attentive service across all departments. A big thank you to the entire team at the Hyatt for making our visit so pleasant. We’ll definitely be back!

We checked in and found out that there is an additional $26 resort fee and on top of that a $35 parking fee per night. Then we go to the room and the duvet was dirty and the filter in the bathroom had a layer of dust that had to be atleast a year old. I expect better Hyatt. This is not travel lodge.

Property and Lobby are outstanding, hotel looks very lux! Amenities are neglected. Gym is mediocre for offerings except for cardio. The pool is small and other sport offerings are in need of repair. Paying $10 a day for a microwave is silly at this quality of a hotel along with paid parking at $30 a day seems a bit over the top for Anaheim.
