The staff was the best part of the stay. Service was great. The room we had (we were told was an upgrade) was really outdated. Probably one of the oldest looking rooms I’ve had in years. The shuttle to Disneyland was about a half hour late so we missed a lot of time which was unfortunate. I wish I would have just got the Uber.

Room clean and had view of fireworks from Disneyland. Bed was TERRIBLE, we felt like we were going to roll out of bed on both sides. Let staff know at checkout and they assured us they would have it checked. Played muzak at night to keep unshletered away from property, but could be heard in room and kept waking us up. Disappointed by "Destination Fee" as it seems like a junk fee.

All wait staff in the cafe and bar have absolutely no personality. The hostess never smiles wait staff can’t remember who ordered what when there was just 2 of us . No small talk no attention to detail really life less.

Property is beautiful! I did have issue with the toilet not being standard height. Too low and hard to get up from. The hot water took too long to come which is not good.

Room & Hotel was clean, bed was a little tough, but manageable. Tub was high for a person who has bad knees, but we made it work! Overall the hotel was great and the shuttle bus to Disneyland A+ the driver were heck of funny and they make your day!

I was away at conferences during my stay so don’t spend a lot of time at the hotel. And the hotel is not even near Disneyland, but they still charge you resort fee even though I booked through Expedia. I was t thrilled about, and I found out it at the time of check out and I think they should be more transparent about it.

staff and customer service was great. the room was clean but reeked of cleaning chemicals. extremely disappointed that it shows a balcony only to see a sticker that says it stays locked. main reason i booked the room was for the balcony since im claustrophobic and need the door open. breakfast was fruit that didn’t look so good and very limited stuff. staff was nice but no one at the omelette station and no pancakes? the food rotation isn’t the way you would think.they had the same stuff the entire time i was there.
