We arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready. When we got inside our room two very large carpet HEPA filters were inside. One bathroom had no towels. The next day we ordered room service from the menu which is no longer valid. We went downstairs to the hotel cafe (the new room service) after following directions to place a mobile order. We waited about 15 min before heading down and the staff had no record of our order and couldn’t verify one was received. Apparently orders print but you can’t look them up. 45 min later we got cold cheese pizza, soup and chicken tenders. Soup and tenders were fine but pizza tasted like cardboard. Even with do not disturb, housekeeping taps on your door. Could be the neighbors but the doors are inches from each other so no way to know who they are here for. I’ve machine does not work on the 10th floor across 3 days and staff unaware. The hotel needs an update: torn and stained wallpaper, see through hand towels, and the maids leave clean towels on dirty couches. This hotel declines more and more each year. This is our last stay.

Staff and shuttle staff were amazing!! Unfortunately housekeeping didn't clean our room while we were gone and the handyman didn't fix the plug tub, but we still loved our stay!! Always a great stay!!

Nice property, impressive grand lobby. 1 night staycation so did not have a chance to explore the property or take advantage of all the amenities. Disneyland shuttle service was great, easy pickup and drop off. Very convenient to take an afternoon break and return to the parks in the evening. Would have loved a 24 hr grab and go option in the lobby for drinks and snacks or vending machines on the guest room floors. Very happy with our stay as our room was updated and clean. Will definitely be returning in the future to stay at this property.
