Mixed feelings ; untidy cabin upon arrival

When we arrived at check in @ 445pm unloaded bags found the kitchen with two bags of garbage, dirty bath towels in two of the bathrooms upstairs and beds upstairs un made and dirty linen. However downstairs was clean. I reached out to property managers twice to voice we had traveled 5 hours and was just tired and ready to unwind and relax and needed assistance. Was told they was sorry for inconvenience and would have someone out to clean . It was snowing and cold so we understood the delay of arrival, housekeeping arrived about8pm and cleaned upstairs thoroughly. So although I was initially upset, I can say they attempted to correct the issue and apologized. I would probably book again though due to location, view and space of the cabin
