It is budget friendly and the rooms are clean comfortable. The property is quite old and aspects of it are run-down but still represents great value for the location and convenience of being close to the Light Rail station and Surfers Paradise.

Was very close to an area I required during my stay and walking distance to both Broadbeach and Cavill Avenue (a long walk, but walking distance nevertheless). Was suitable for what I needed, clean and comfortable. I didn’t check the eating options so cannot comment on those. Communication from the reception (I assume was excellent, questions I asked were answered quickly and concisely. My only complaint was no fault of the staff or facilities, a neighbor decided to have a very loud conversation in the corridor in the middle of the night !!! Again, no fault of the property or staff at all. Thank you for your excellent service !

Just not very aesthetically pleasing. The carpark was dark and foreboding and there was some rubbish. However, the room was great (clean, modern, well presented).

The whole experience was awful. Getting the key is a nightmare if arriving after 5pm. Trying to contact people to find out how and getting barked at is unpleasant. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were uncomfortable. Will never stay again.

Lovely old motel, room was modern & new, fabulous pool, alas car park & outdoor area was littered with rubbish. Otherwise a great location to see surfers at a reasonable price.
