The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox.
The designated car park was already occupied. As instructed, I contacted reception, but the callback came an hour later and the guidance provided on alternative parking was confusing and inadequate.
Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not clean. There was hair throughout the bathrooms and on the bedding, live cockroaches in the cupboards, and the hand soap in the bathroom was empty. The shower door handle was missing, and the balcony door did not lock, which raised safety concerns.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.
