2 stars overall for our experience at this unit. The location and the cool fridge which made sphere ice cubes.Besides that,was pretty much a disaster. So many unacceptable issues from large to small were encountered.When our family arrived, host had forgotten we were booked in for that day and the place was not ready. I shall write the rest of this review briefly in short sentences as there isn’t enough space to write down our full experience. Apartment.Let into the property late after check in time.Elevators take about 10-15 mins each time so plan ahead.Firstly we noticed a blood like substance all over the door.Rubbish on the patio but appeared clean.Great view.Evening, cockroaches are crawling all over the floor outside. Rooms.Every single blanket in every room has large yellow pee like stains.One door isn’t level & won’t close properly banging all night due to the strong winds.Dangerous wooden bed frames which we all were injured from the corners. Broken pool toys in the closet. Toilets.Shower head is broken and held up by a zip tie.Can barely turn on the taps.Soap dispensers are sandy and gross. Kitchen.Not a single knife sharp enough to cut a kiwi let alone an onion.Oven just falls apart when opened.Shelves in there have been off for some time and rusted inside.Plates and cups in the cupboard are all dirty and have to be rewashed before use.Fridge.Amazing!Had to leave the property a day so they could repair the issues. Partial refund would be adequate I believe.
