The lady at Burleigh Letting gave us a later checkout which helped greatly with relatives flying in at different times for a family celebration.
I stayed on Level 26 last year booked through the Sandbar reception, unfortunately this stay was not as good. The room could have been cleaner. I don't think the table or living room furniture had been cleaned, the front of the stove was not clean. There were no tissues or paper towel and the pillows were like rocks and nothing could be sought from reception to assist. The IPAD for air conditioning was not operating when we arrived and we had to work out how to reset it and a resolution was attempted to be sought by the Burleigh letting Admin Assistant, and was helpful. The beds are great, view spectacular. A coffee machine would be great other than instant coffee. Those small things would improve the stay significantly.
