We were so impressed, the communication was excellent. We literally used the public transport system 50c per ride, from the airport. It was absolutely seamless. We walked to collect keys- 5 mins from the tram stop. Then 1-2 mins to our beautiful hotel. The complex was brilliant. I stayed with children, so having Coles and various other shops, cafes, pharmacy & eateries at the base of the building was wonderful. The pools & spas were 100%. Amazing bbq areas, you could utilise for a cheap dinner. Sparkling clean. Our room was great. It went above and beyond when it came to what was provided. Coffee machine, flat sandwich press, iron, hairdryer, clothes horse just all of those everyday things you reach for at home. Our ocean view was great. We will 100% stay here again. We had 2 big teenagers and our younger 9 year old. Plenty of room for everyone.

Great location amongst shopping and cafes, restaurants. 50c tram and buses is awesome for getting around. Beach a short walk. The Apartment is quite large and has everything you need (except beach towels lol) Check in was a bit awkward (make sure you read the instructions carefully) .... could not get a hold of the letting agency when we had an issue with a ceiling light. Otherwise highly recommended

Had a great time there, room was great however air con stopped working on the 2nd last day which turned the apartment into a sauna. Either way i would still stay there again.

A little dated here and there and check in is at a different location, however easy to manage. The apartment block is situated perfectly in Surfers Paradise, great place to stay with a family. Room amenities are a plus, having a washing machine was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again.
