Overall, our stay was okay. However, one major downside was that guests staying fewer than 8 days do not receive housekeeping service. If you want housekeeping, you have to pay extra because the rooms are classified as “self-contained.” In reality, apart from having a kitchen, there isn’t anything that justifies this classification. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a hotel that included regular housekeeping instead. The most frustrating part was having to manage our own rubbish throughout the stay and request extra towels or toilet paper whenever we needed them. These are basic amenities and services that most travellers would expect to be included.
