Avoid at any cost

This property is one big worksite. You've got contractors working on every floor, gutting rooms and it is a mess with trash in the halls. The power tools and banging start at 7am and continues until 5pm while the laborers blast their cheap radios. The rooms do need an overhaul because they are wornout, outdated, uncomfortable with cheap pressed board furniture and a foul odor, but they should do it in sections and not right next to rooms they are renting out. Note: They charge $20 per night if you have a dog so i paid over $100 a night to stay in a dump. I booked it in advance and couldn't get a refund so i had to endure that dump for an entire week. I saw a total of five other guests that entire week, not including the laborers, who took up the first floor rooms. Avoid this place until construction is complete. Really, they should be required to give advance notice on this website (Hotels.com) warning about the construction in progress. I have lots of photos but this app wouldn't let me load them. I traveled a lot with my career but I've never had a worse experience.

Great stay!

I have stayed here several times before and this is my go to hotel when in Greenville. The location is tucked behind the busy Woodruff Rd. The lobby staff has always been friendly and quick. They are going through renovations and I will not fault them on that. The rooms have always been clean and stocked. I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and economical stay!

Great Place!

Whenever I go to Greenville I stay here unless there are no rooms. Price is great. Place is always clean. I gave them a 4 because they are going through a major renovation. All shopping in walking distance

This is a joke uninhabitable

The hotel had no ice no laundry facilities and renovation was extensive and ongoing starting at 8:30 in the morning. There’s dirt and dust everywhere is very nasty and unhealthy is a bad environment for health and well-being. Their stacks of building materials in the hallways in the common areas outside the building in the parking lot. You’re basically staying in a construction zone. It is not a renovation. It is almost as if the building is being built around your room. It’s not only inconvenient but it borders on uninhabitable. However, they apparently allow the construction crew to live at the hotel and they cook like a campground and drink in and outside the hotel is their personal party place.the
