There were room at facility had better, closer beach view. Building I was in was further back from beach, but still beachfront. Nice view but those farther back should be listed as that and cheaper than ones closer to beach

very good breakfast,only we dont eat pork wish they have other alternative like turkey/chicken sauges and tofu scramble.clean room and no strong smell.The refrigerator was not properly installed so it shakes and wish it was bigger. When I ask for extra blanket it took me 2x to ask and wait for a long time.The boxed toilet tissue was delivered wrong i got mr.clean scrubber instead! very poor room service.Their outside pool said its heated but stil cold.They said they have a spa but its the pool.These are what put them down!!!

First room smelled like smoke and cheap air freshener spray, second room bathroom smelled like mildew, from the minute you walk in there is signage about extra fees for multiple things (even the water bottles in the room have notices on them), everything in the establishment is severely outdated and needs a deep cleaning. I am a Hilton member, but was treated differently because I reserved and purchased through Expedia. Even the parking lot needed to be cleaned, no curb appeal, with branches strewn around blocking parking spots, bartender taking food orders does not know menu (told me there wasn’t cheese on a chicken sandwich that clearly has mozzarella listed, they also use lettuce leaves instead of the listed arugula, the cook came out and was very nice at least. I definitely would not recommend this property and will be contacting Hilton. Very disappointing after driving several hours.

The entire resort needs a complete remodel. The room looked like it was 50 years old. The carpets in the hallway were filthy. The entire hotel except for the reception area looked old. The view from the room of the beach was great though. We were so disappointed that we checked out one day early and drove home.

The water was off on October the 27th for several hours. There was no WiFi that we could access. There was additional charges for breakfast and parking. Every time I took a shower the water wouldn’t get hot so I took cold showers with low water pressure. I would never book here again.
