Every employee I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Great location and the ramp to the beach was wonderful. A little outdated, but overall it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again!

Horrible place to stay! Very unsanitary! Bathtub wouldn't drain while showering. Door to bathroom was broke and they nwvee fixed wither one after multiple complaints since we got there!

This was an extremely last-minute trip to get away and relax before my upcoming back surgery. We chose Hilton Garden Inn because it offered a beachfront balcony AND it was pet-friendly. It did not disappoint! My mobility issues made walking to the beach extremely difficult, but being able to sit on the balcony & see/hear the surf & watching dolpins play made it alright! Plus, the hotel has a lazy river pool that made it even better!! The facility is a bit dated, but it was clean & the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our pups are paper-trained so they only went down to the pet potty area a couple of times, but it was clean & sufficient. A little small, but still plenty of room to get the job done. Plenty of parking, but to park in the covered garage area is first come-first served. The beach adjacent to the hotel offered chairs & umbrellas (again, first come-first served) and the beach was very clean with pristine white sand. The water was a gorgeous blue-green & the gulls, pelicans & dolphins were so fun to watch. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we're able!

The pool and the ocean view, ocean itself was great. The room and hotel itself left alot to be desired. The tub needs caulk and a good scrubbing and actually needs reglazing. The carpet felt wet and also kind of smelled, the sheets had holes in them, the headboard lights and plugs didn't work. Parking was 10 dollars a day but the hotel did comp that with all the problems. They put 2 bottles of water in your room but charge you if you drink them, which we didn't. There was a smell in the hotel that smelled like pot, (I know from concerts) They charge 4 dollars for a coke or sprite. Also the elevators are not dependable, they keep breaking down. Next time I'll rent a condo

The employees were very helpful The room was very spacious. Could hve been a little cooler in the room. We called about the toliet running all the time. Was told it was going to be checked but never was to my knowledge. Overall very relaxing. The pool area was the best!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We could walk right on the beach each day and when we were done with the beach we could rinse off and head right to the lazy river pool. There you could order drinks and listen to live music. Truly a fun and relaxing vacation!

The air in the room barely worked. Our room had heavy smell of dog urine. Why are you charging $10 for parking a day? The rooms are way over priced for what you get. The staff was very nice but we would not choose to stay again.

Overall, it was not bad. I had to pay $10 plus tax every single day to park in their little itty-bitty rinky-dink parking lot where you could hardly find a place to park at. There were a lot of things in the room and bathroom that needed to be fixed. Considering the name of the hotel is Hilton, it did not look like one inside. There is mildew all over the bathtub, rest, running down the wall in the bathroom, lotion in the bathroom that should be mounted to the wall, but was not, a broken light fixture by the bed, and a tile on the floor that was loose and falling off the wall.

I didn't get the view i paid extra for, parking was not included and is an extra $10 a day. Breakfast buffet for 2 adults and 2 kids was $60. That was burnt bacon, sausage, steemed scrambled eggs, cereal or yogurt. The couple next to us was charged $10 for a baby to eat yogurt. The wifi was not only not included but blocked if you weren't a member. And lastly, no housekeeping. You had to request it every day, with am extra service fee. It fwlt like if we breathed to hard they were gonna charge us. Front desk staff was nicest part of the experience.
