This was a last minute trip so there were not many options for hotels. This one was chosen largely because it has an indoor and outdoor pool. However, the pool was under construction so we were not able to use it.

Rooms weren’t terrible, but the halls smell awful of wet carpet. Expedia made it a terrible experience due to wrong info. There was no pool as stated( it’s being built). They did offer to use another hotel a mile away, but it was not convenient at all. They charge an extra $10/ day for lot parking, which wasn’t disclosed. Make sure to notice that breakfast is an additional $18/person. And the beachfront room I reserved looked at the pool being built. It was not full beach front. You could see the ocean, but more building than anything. After spending a few nights, there are way better choices at other places.

The staff was fantastic but we paid extra for a balcony with a pool view and also of the beach. The pool was under construction as well as crews working. Really missed the quiet stay and beautiful view. Need to express when things are not as they are listed and definitely not charge for the same amount as if it’s not under construction.

Pool out of order 😔 smoke smell on floor 5.

They are remodeling the pool, sadly I was unaware and one of the reasons I picked the spot. I had a flash of allergies due to the smoke smell in the hallways and in the room not even opening the door could alleviate. I had to leave they were very nice, bridget helped me and was sorry on behalf of the hotel. Otherwise we would have stayed if my allergies weren't flared up and the pool was in service.
