Room is clean and comfortable , AC works well, breakfast is great with buffet type of many choices- Western and Asian Staff is helpful and attended to our needs promptly.

Shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport and hotel. Check in starts promptly at 3pm. There are amenities you can pick up on the way to your room. Convenience store and souvenir shop on site for last minute shopping (especially if you need to run down your Suica card). Rooms are big and clean. Slippers and robe are available for comfort. Dining has dinner and breakfast buffet and you get a10% discount coupon upon checking in for dinner buffet. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The room was clean and can notify if there was no need to clean. Staff was hospitable and tried their best to assist. English was not always very good. I didn’t have breakfast as part of my plan but found a City Bakery close by that served breakfast and had a wide variation and choices. Did not use hotel laundry. A few points: The hot water pot directions how to use was non-exists t and once heated, if left alone a bit, the water disappeared. Clock in the room the last 2 days was not giving correct time. Could not figure out how to turn on the tv. Button never turned it on. Did not call reception as was not much in the room to watch tv. Did try 2-3 times. Never figured it out or whether it was broken.
