Toilet didnt work our entire stay. Whole room smelled like poop. Went to the office to complain and all they said was yeahhhh, weve been having issues with the plumbing in your building. I have an idea... close the rooms till the issue is fixed...

The room and property is great for what we paid but there are some areas for improvement. It would be nice if there was a vent of some sort in the bathrooms or even a screen for the window so that it can be left open without bugs getting in. Walls are thin so you can easily hear your neighbor snoring or talking. There’s only one ceiling light which is above the kitchen area so the bedroom area is pretty dim. Room is air conditioned but sometimes can a bit too cold and we’d have to turn it off. I appreciate that they provide paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and kitchen utensils. It is nice that they offer free amenities that you can rent from 8a-6p. You just need to leave your ID with them. Close beach access was also great. They have a hammock and swing bed by the water as well. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you need to check in after 8pm, they have a nice process for that. Overall, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

I love staying here. The staff is wonderful. It's a small property, so it feels peaceful and friendly. Love to spend my evenings and mornings by the Bayside beach. The room is clean and bright. The air-conditioning works almost too well, it was a tad chilly. The bed was ok, not great but not bad. I wish the shower was a tad warmer. But this is by far my favorite spot in Key Largo.
