The hotel is significantly aged. It has a very peculiar layout elevators are around the corner. The pool and the restaurant are at the same level with also access to the beach via a long boardwalk. The outdoor tiki bar very limited options deep-fried crap is how I would describe it. Draft beer not a good selection and not cold. Typical buffet style breakfast which I did not have as I really like to enjoy my breakfast but I think it was $10.95 usual hotel options. The room had a loose toilet seat that had some wear and tear. The lampshade had a booger on it. The small fridge wasn’t working and had to be replaced to their credit the next morning they were there to tighten the toilet seat, but didn’t replace it. Replaced the lampshade and the fridge so on we went. The bathroom is just tiny. It has a granite countertop. The two queen beds have a Wood headboard mounted to the wall beds, not very comfortable air conditioner in the window, plastic chairs on the balcony with bird poop on them by the way. I don’t know what else to say. It’s just for the amount these hotels charge, yes high season, but once a property begins to age, you can’t just slap paint on things and replace superficial things. It’s either gut it and renovate so it’s you know renewed or level it and build a new one. The pool was a humid chlorine, crazy bath. It will be my last hotel stay at the beach. Find a newer place or private rental.

Great for convenience to the beach and KDH areas. Hotel needs updating. Rooms had noise from hallways and connecting rooms. Nice tiki bar area on outdoor deck.

Hotel smells like natural gas, when telling the employees they didn’t seem concerned blamed it on the laundry. We left our vacation early due to this odor making my daughter sick, ended up in the emergency room due to the massive headache.

Ok price, need cleaner rooms and better restocking

Good price point, however the rooms could hav been a little cleaner, sand was still all on the floors, towels ran out constantly at the pool area and were not replaced. Took us 2 hours to get clean towels in ur room. Coffee station was not well restocked.

Disappointing

I was disappointed with the hotel. I felt with the Ramada Wyndam brand it should of been more sophisticated hotel. You paid for the name. You even had to pay for the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping team was very disappointing also. They never made the beds or took out the trash. You had to ask. The big plus is the hotel is right on the beach. There is a great pizza place across the road (American Pie).

Rooms need major upgrades. Door to the balcony very hard to open. Carpet in the room looked filthy. Balcony dirty and old. Bathroom upgrade needed also.

Family Vacation

Our little family vacation was great, thanks to the staff. The entire facility was clean, and no issues. The only other issue was late at night, when somebody's children were running up and down the hallway, which didn't stop until after midnight. A reminder for those with balconies to not drain water coolers from the balcony, to avoid water running down to the next balcony.

If I could, I would rate this room a 4.8. The room was adequate and clean. There was a little wet and tear on the chairs. We had the city view. Staff was outstanding and super helpful we needed to add a night and they accommodated us easily. I would sty here again.

The hotel is a bit tired and in need of updating. Vinyl floor in the room was lifting. Wood trim is chipped and caulked rather shabbily. Paper towel wedged in the balcony door frame to soak up rain leaks maybe? Refrigerator - no freezer door, so an iceberg forms in the freezer portion making it unusable. Very low water pressure in the shower. For what I paid for a week, the "breakfast" could have been complimentary. Especially considering what was available. I don't typically write negative reviews, but I can't get past spending over two thousand for the week and getting mediocrity at best.
