Good potential with lots of History

Very central to Cheshire/Wirral & Merseyside/Liverpool. Facilities good, staff appear somewhat in-experienced due to mainly younger age bracket? Visiting from Australia after several yrs & from Liverpol originally understand the culture somewhat? However not sure new visitors will appreciate somewhat lack of staff enthusiasm & tradesmen working there?
