It's lovely I go back there for the breakfast but this time the only issue was the shower was extremely slippery and slipped as soon as I stood in there however there is a sign to put a towel on the shower floor which I didn't because it's weird so I mentioned I'd slipped to reception and was completely ignored which wasn't great but will stay again as the staff are mostly very good and the breakfast and the rooms and the area.

Overall OK experience, convenient location If you ever need to extend your stay do that through expedia too. They charge twice the fee that expedia offers if you book directly with the hotel (which does not make any sense )

Family stay

Great checkin experience let us to our room before 12 was really helpful. Breakfast was ok for the one time we had in hotel there is plenty of options nearby for less money. Nice room, clean and quiet for our stay and overall a good location close to tube and shops for exploring London with family.

Excellent stay!

The room was SO clean and spacious. It was a really comfortable stay. Would definitely consider going back or trying one of their other hotels the next time we are looking for somewhere to stay. The only negative is we couldn’t figure out how to control all the lighting in the room.

Nice and efficient

Nice trip in downtown London. Clean and modern. Easy check-in and close to tube station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was no universal outlets, so remember to bring a charger.

I’ve stayed at the Clayton hotels in several locations in London, I’ve always found them to be clean and reasonably priced for London. The one thing that is consistent with each room is that the bar fridge never works, always room temperature drinks.
