Disgusting ! Broken sink , hole in bathroom door , absolutely filthy walls ! Old furniture and just not pleasant at all
A nice stay generally but the hotel lacks the friendly vibe it used to have. It’s been nicely modernised but all the old staff over the last 14 years don’t seem to be there. We had a very small outside room for 3 nights and we had a lot of noise outside our window and from the road. You could hear the adjoining room in there shower and pulling their toilet. The space between the door and the sink in the bathroom was very small and our toilet wouldn’t flush. However the maintenance team did rectify this quickly. The room was nicely decorated with an Indian theme but the bed was very small for a double.
The room rate prior to discounts etc was £195, so I expected a nice hotel and room.
The room was dull and dated. No pictures on the walls. Furniture was scuffed and didn't match. Burn mark in the carpet. Light above bathroom mirror didn't work.
Breakfast was not included in the rate.
Very disappointed. I shall not be staying again.
