Let me 1st start by saying the staff was exceptional. Very courteous and helpful. The entry and food court/coffee bar was nice, clean and stocked. The breakfast was good and had several options. Now, the room was less than adequate. The lamps, bed and furniture needs to be replaced. They looked like someone had ransacked the items. They need to put a heater/vent in the bathroom. And the handle on the shower wouldn't hold the temp, it kept slipping to extremely hot. The staff does the best they can with what they have, so it's not their fault. The room was clean, bit that's about it. I did mention it to the desk staff and they said the hotel was under new management and they've complained to corporate as well. Hopefully they'll make some changes before I decide to stay there again. Again, the staff were friendly and courteous. I enjoyed talking with them.
