We thought it was a bit strange to find our room with windows and curtains wide open on a 45 degree day. Staff member at reception didn't know how to book Olivers restaurant. The guy running the restaurant needs to be trained properly. Only one other diner in the restaurant, he forgot to bring us the menu, sitting for 10min before he realised. lemon, lime and bitter had no pieces of lime or lemon. He carried the water jug with his thumb inside the top of the jug. Main meals were delivered to the wrong person. On a positive the Aircon worked well on a hot day and our food at Olivers was very nice. We do enjoy staying here on the odd occasion unfortunately service has dropped over the years.

Didn't have breakfast and the facilities were a bit untidy in the carpark with boxes and tree branches not dealt with, but apart from that it was good value for money.

Bathroom in the room wasn’t clean, mould in the shower, dust around tiles no face washers in the room you had to ask for them. Had a fire alarm at 3am one morning, no apology or communication from staff what was happening, I feel they could improve their procedures in this area. Guest attendance for safety reasons incase of a fire. Pool was out of order but apparently this has been this way for a long time. Very disappointing

Close to where we needed to be (State Basketball centre) easy drive. Clean room, no complaints. Would stay again, but would suggest accommodation in the back rooms, as located on busy roads.

We were given a room on the main road side. It was very noisy until late at night and from early in the morning. Also we specifically chose this property because of the gym and pool facilities. When we went looking for the pool there was a sign on the door saying it was not available due to the recent Melbourne storms. A long term guest told me it hasn’t been available since last year and just looking at it was full of green water and only a 1/4 full with sticks and leaves in it. Then we looked inside the gym area and it was full of storage items from a couple and their child that was actully living in the gym room. It was dirty and smelly. The guy that popped out of the gym looked like a homeless hobo and told me he was dealing crack to pay for his lodging. Also in regarding to very poor security the security access door to our building was not able to be closed and was left open 24/7 for anybody to enter. This also made sleeping very difficult as any noise we heard outside our door was concerning. I discussed all these concerns with the staff member at the front desk and he really kind of denied any knowledge of the issues. He told me his manager would call me to discuss at 9am when they start work. 2 days later and still no calls or messages from this bizarre hotel to resolve my concerns with our stay. Personally I think there is some very dodgy business going on at this suburban hotel and we would never ever return due to safety, noise and straight up lack of care.

Washing machine and Dryer not cleaned. Dishwasher dirty anc looked broken. Bathroom walls not clean around toilet area. Only 1 blanket in the 1Bed unit which has a pullout sofa for extra person. Tiny bowls, cups, plates and limited cutlery.

Walls are plaster thin so it’s very noisy. Broken lamp shades and shabby furniture. Hair in the shower and rubbish on the carpet. Breakfast was depressing so we skipped it. Very tired and not well maintained or cleaned. Don’t bother.
