Didn't have breakfast and the facilities were a bit untidy in the carpark with boxes and tree branches not dealt with, but apart from that it was good value for money.

Bathroom in the room wasn’t clean, mould in the shower, dust around tiles no face washers in the room you had to ask for them. Had a fire alarm at 3am one morning, no apology or communication from staff what was happening, I feel they could improve their procedures in this area. Guest attendance for safety reasons incase of a fire. Pool was out of order but apparently this has been this way for a long time. Very disappointing

Close to where we needed to be (State Basketball centre) easy drive. Clean room, no complaints. Would stay again, but would suggest accommodation in the back rooms, as located on busy roads.

Washing machine and Dryer not cleaned. Dishwasher dirty anc looked broken. Bathroom walls not clean around toilet area. Only 1 blanket in the 1Bed unit which has a pullout sofa for extra person. Tiny bowls, cups, plates and limited cutlery.

Walls are plaster thin so it’s very noisy. Broken lamp shades and shabby furniture. Hair in the shower and rubbish on the carpet. Breakfast was depressing so we skipped it. Very tired and not well maintained or cleaned. Don’t bother.

Loved the 2 room/ apartment. It didn't have a kitchen, but breakfast was included. Unfortunately, cups and glasses in the cupboard were not clean but they gave us 2 bottles of water to make amends.

Clean room, comfy bed, helpful staff. Had problem with key when first arrived, but was fixed straight away. Breakfast was good, but staff seemed to be struggling to keep up with demand (food, glasses and cutlery were in short supply, but was very busy).

When people in the next room were smoking inside it wafted into our room - the staff quickly found us a new room and dealt with the issue quickly - staff on for breakfast were lovely and helpful
