Shore Seasons is a brand new luxury vacation rental in Miramar Beach. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks away from the beach, this beautiful new home features a private pool, gorgeous interiors, and a complimentary golf cart for guests to drive to and from the beach with ease. With 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for multi-family vacations or retreats. Close by, guests can find some of the area's best local eateries and shopping spots including Pompano Joe's just down the street and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall a few miles East. All of the best vacation spots are at your fingertips when you stay at Shore Seasons in Miramar Beach!

Upon entering this beautiful home, guests experience luxurious finishes and interior decor. Shiplap walls feature beautiful artwork and structural design and the furnishings that were carefully picked and curated to accentuate each space of this brand new home. The living area offers an open space for guests to gather and spend quality time together. Natural light from multiple windows flow in onto the natural colored furnishings including a linen sofa and two swivel chairs situated around a large flat-screen Smart TV. A bar behind the sofa offers guests additional space for drinks with a sink and ice maker. The kitchen is perfect for preparing a home-cooked meal with plenty of cabinet and counter space! Beautiful stainless-steel Cafe' appliances including a french door refrigerator with freezer drawers, a dishwasher, microwave drawer, and electric stove line the kitchen providing all the tools needed for great meals and even better memories. The dining room features a large dining room table with seating for ten guests and additional bar seating for three. A king suite is also located on the first floor with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with a standalone shower. A half bath is located just off the hallway.

The second floor is home to four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Three of these bedrooms feature a king bed and flat-screen TV's and each room has a private bath with standalone showers. The bunk room is furnished with two full-over-full bunk beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All rooms boast beautiful furnishings and accent tiles in the bathrooms providing the ultimate luxury experience for each and every guest. Make your way up to the third floor entertainment area for game nights or movie nights with two flat-screen TV's in front of a sleeper sofa. Guests can relax and enjoy multiple games next to the bar, complete with a mini-fridge and sink. This is the perfect gathering space for kids, or sports lovers alike! Two master suites are also located on this floor, each with a king bed and private bathroom with standalone showers.

Looking to spend some time outdoors? The outdoor pool area is surrounded by a privacy fence and is the perfect hang-out spot for the whole family. *Furniture / decor at the home and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged.
*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home. ​​​​

*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.
