This inviting studio is located on the second floor, offering guests marvelous views of the surroundings and the pool from the furnished balcony. Start every morning with a steamy cup of coffee and snuggle back in the bed to watch the news or your favorite shows on the TV. This studio is perfect for that romantic escapade you've been looking for! By booking this retreat, you'll be granted unlimited access to the resort's shared amenities that include an outdoor pool, a children's pool, a hot tub, and even a tennis court!

This prime location will put you roughly 150 yards away from the beach, so remember to pack your sunscreen and swimsuits. You can tee off at a number of championship golf courses nearby, shop and dine at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north) and Destin Commons (seven miles west), and find a peaceful escape into nature at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east. Get your daily shopping fix at Grand Boulevard (less than one and a half miles). Downtown Miramar Beach is two and a half miles west where endless dining options, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and convenience stores await.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.
Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
