- All linen and towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered
- Properties are cleaned prior to guests' arrival to meet Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards
- A part end of stay cleaning service is included, covering bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal
- Guests are required to leave the property tidy, with all dishes washed and the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure

Extra Services:
- Noon Check-in $40 and Noon Checkout $40 (subject to availability)

- All properties are for accommodation purposes only - no gatherings or parties
- Bookings exceeding 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days
