Booked a room for overnight stay after a late flight into Newcastle Airport - arrived at the hotel at around 2am , staff very pleasant but got to the room to find no bed made up for my son - had to unfold the sofa bed then go back down to reception to get bed linen and pillows and then go make the bed ! Last think I needed at that time in the morning - other than that hotel was absoloutly spot on , good breakfast - plenty of parking - comfy bed and all nice and clean

Was ideal for the metro centre. You can walk from the hotel. Staff cannot do enough for you. Free breakfast is spot on tasty with a great choice and sets you up for the day.

Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Excellent location for visiting the Metrocentre and getting into Newcastle. The staff were very helpful about the area and what public transport is use.
