I wish there had been a hair dryer as most hotels provide for guests. There was no coffee in room and just a coffee pot downstairs. The coffee didn't look appealing and I don't know where the continental breakfast was. Maybe it was in the small fridge next to the coffee. The a/c in the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The staff were nice. I probably would pay more to stay somewhere else next time but the price was better and the location was convenient.

Basic for a night to sleep. Toilet squeaked for about twenty seconds after flushing. Room not deeply cleaned, dusty furniture and trash from previous guest found under the table.

If you are looking for an affordable place for a few days that is conveniently located around a few ammentities, the Acorn Motel is not too bad of a stay. The mattress was a bit too firm for our backs but everyone has their own opinion of what they classify as qualities in a mattress that they look for. The second to the last night, a small bug that looked like it immerged somewhere from toilet through me off just a little and there was a stain on the wall, that looked queastionable. The other thing that we kept smelling from some rooms was the smell of marijuana when clearly on the doors it says "no smoking". On the same night, the fire alarm went off in our room but luckily it only lasted for about 10-15 seconds. Overall, the stay was fair,nothing fancy just your basic ammenities.

The building smells very bad. Around 1 and 3 am, the smoke detector started ringing, and the condensation was not comfortable. The breakfast is just the name. It was awful. Overall, I don’t recommend this motel.
