The overall room was clean. There were no towels or wash clothes. I asked the manager for towels and wash clothes and she asked how many adults and children were staying in the room. I told her 2 adults and 2 children at what point she said she couldn’t give us 4 towels but she would give us what she had. She came out with 4 towels and 2 wash clothes. After looking at the towels and two wash clothes. The towels had a clump of hair on them and the wash clothe had several pubic hairs embedded in them(gross)! Definitely would recommend to carry your own towel and washcloths.

Staff was friendly. AC was cold. Bed was comfortable. Room was in need of some updates and minor repairs. Outlets need to be replaced. Lamp with plug in did not work. Shower piece coming off the wall. Ironing board cover had holes and needs to be replaced.

Bathroom not clean. Sheets had ink stains. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were half size. Only one set of towels and told they didn’t have more when we asked. They said laundry crew didn’t work that day. Breakfast horrible. Coffee cold. Do not recommend anyone stay here.

Saving some money is not worth it.

The room has a smell very strong like mildew or something similar, I asked to switch room and even they did the other room was very clean, the sheets and pillowcases smell and I can tell that wasn’t clean and fresh, I had never been in this brand hotel before and I don’t think I ever will, next time I will pay extra but be in a place that look and feel clean.

PATHETICALLY DISGUSTING

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in I do believe. I have two special needs kids which is not easy to deal with in a hotel. we get up to the third floor to our room carrying our luggage, and there's an ironing board set up the TV is on and the beds unmade. We go back downstairs, they give us a different room and here I am, like I said with two kids that are teenagers who have the mentality of toddlers and are nonverbal. We get to our room and the TV is broken, there are lines going across the screen the colors are all messed up and half the normal stations, like Nickelodeon and Disney are in Spanish. TV is one of the things that helps me be able to travel in order to keep my children pacified in a small room. I told clerk, she said she has no idea how to fix it. Nor does she offer anything else. There's no handle on the closet door so you can't open it. The vent in the bathroom leaks on you while you're sitting on the toilet because the ceiling is rotted away and it's absolutely disgusting looking with mildew and gross stuff. There's mold and mildew all in the bathtub which looks like it's not been cleaned in ages. You can only get coffee in the room if you hold the button down the entire time. Water all in the fridge & doesn't get very cold. I tell them all of this & they're so unaccommodating to offer me a 20% off but I have to go through the website I booked it on to get it. I asked to speak to the manager/owner who never shows up even the next day,
