The room was spotless, the spaces are large and comfortable. There were no strange smells, the hotel is very well laid out with a convinience store in the lobby. The room was very well equipped with a mini fridge microwave, coffee machine, smart tv, and even water bottles for purchase which was a nice option. Everything about it was perfect.

Clean. Minimalist design. Comfy bed in a Queen Suite 2-queen bed room. Accessible bathroom. All very well done. Ate dinner at Garden Grille, and Mushroom Bisque delicious, as was the Wednesday Boneless Wing special with perfect fries! Leslie is an excellent staff member in the Grill, and Elizabeth is a friendly staff member at the front desk.

Started when the desk clerk was very short and rude. Even though your room is pre-paid in full ($150) , they charge your credit card for additional $50 upon check in. Now we assume that is in case you touch anything in the room, they will charge extra on your credit card. She informed us that despite what we thought we read when making the reservation, there was no breakfast included with this room. Evidentially that is also "extra". The room was clean, but the mercenary non-friendly staff was very offensive. There were two water bottles in the room, but if you read carefully, they will charge you $3.00 each if you use them. Parking near the entrance was reserved for only the " elite" people. I have just now received an additional charge on my credit card even though we were very careful to not touch anything in the room that was "extra". No idea what that is for. I will be fighting that out next week. No, I would not stay here again... very average room with very customer "unfriendly" policies.

After a very loud party went on past midnight, I was told it was allowed because "It's the weekend." There was no consideration given to the guests trying to sleep. One person who was complaining at reception after they failed to lower the music said his room had been vibrating for 2 hours from the music.
