Great location, modernised room, comfy beds, very clean and tidy, lovely and helpful staff. Only comment is the main entry, hallways, hotel exterior etc are dated but look to be getting renovated. Overall a great place to stay as a young family.

False Fire alarm at 3am-ish requiring evacuation didn’t help. Good standard of room equipment and cleanliness. Staff all very helpful. Felt more direction from the only staff member and fire crew would have been appreciated, eg guests wandering back inside to water fountain when building supposedly evacuated!! Not a safe practice!!!

Excellent property with recently renovated rooms. We stayed in a suite with one of the biggest bedrooms I have ever had in a hotel. Separate lounge area made the stay here very comfortable. Five minute walk to Queenstown mall.

Great property for our stay…just a very short walk into town…although there’s quite a hill coming back after your QT town adventures. There are no toothbrushes etc…just some basic lotions. Slippers and robes would’ve been a nice touch too however we enjoyed our stay and our room and beds were very comfortable. Recent renovation made for a pleasant stay.

Very very bad experience

No Upgrade or recognition for our special occasion ( 54th wedding anniversary0), terrible dungy room - no view, no sun, above a utility zone with rubbish bins and very loud and noisy with bottles etc. No parking even if we paid extra and we were there early as well !! Having stayed there many times and at many other Millenniums in the past it was very dissappointing and was very different from our past experiences with this chain . And our room service was cold and so salty we could not eat it. To be honest we didn't even bother complaining there was so much wrong. Doubt we will ever stay here again and probably never at any Millennium.

We enjoyed our stay at Millennium Queenstown. We were impressed with the room and how spacious they are. The location is walkable to Queenstown lake area. I would choose to stay here again in future.

We had such a comfortable stay with my husband and 2 girls age 1 and 4. Beds are super comfy, staff are friendly and I love that we could also cast to the tv especially having Netflix to cast our daughter’s favourite shows. The location was even better, so close to the town centre. Would stay again on our next visit. Thank you also so much to the house keepers for always making our beds, changing sheets and towels. The food from your restaurant was delicious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Millennium Hotel.
