We loved how close this hotel was to everything, a quick walk and you are in downtown Queenstown, or by the beautiful lake. I didn’t like that the first night we stayed there was no car parking. We had to drive around the blocks to find a park up the street. The following night, we had to drive around for 23 mins looking for a park, before we finally gave in and went to the lobby to tell them we couldn’t find a park anywhere. They finally said we could park at the hotel, however it would cost us $10.

We have undercover parking at the hotel at an additional cost but as there are limited spaces so it is not guaranteed unless it has been pre booked. Rooms are clean , nice helping staff But the bad experience is for car parking they don’t have enough car parking,the car parking was full so we was struggling to get street parking

I booked specifically for the spa and sauna. I went to use the spa and found a notice on the door that you have to book at reception to use it. I go back to reception and make the booking and get the key. I go back and use it Out of the spa and into the sauna only to find the sauna is switched off and it takes 40 minutes to heat up. I didn’t hand 40 minutes to wait as I was catching a flight. There was not notice in the facilities book in the room about having to book the sauna and have 40 minutes to spare to get the sauna to temperature for use. I was very disappointed and the person I was talking to about it at reception didn’t seem to care about my concerns or inconvenience. A simple remedy would be to reflect the conditions of use of the spa and sauna to be recorded where it is advertised.

Great location and very friendly and efficient staff. Lack of secure parking meant we had to park in one of the two disability parks. Just as well they were not needed for the night.

Very close to town, staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. My room was lovely - it is a bit of an older hotel, but still very clean and comfortable, with the facilities you would expect of a good hotel.
