We asked for a lake view apartment, however you had to stretch to see it. Facilities are now starting to show wear and tear, although every was clean. Very nice continental breakfast which was included.

I loved the set up, nice view, from little office space to kitchen, all very nice. The only two things that was disappointing was that you could hear the neighbors while they were doing things in the kitchen and the shower head was pretty average. To me a shower is one of the most important things and I thought it was to small.

The room was exactly what we needed, it was serviced every day and it was lovely to come back to a freshly made bed and water bottles each day, it was an easy walk into the main part of Queenstown and if ever we needed to speak to the reception staff, they were always available, polite and helpful

Our room was everything we needed, it was serviced each day and it was lovely to come back to a beautifully made bed and fresh water bottles. It was an easy walk into the main town of Queenstown. If we needed to speak to the reception staff, they were always available, polite and helpful.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views over the water & snow capped mountains. Very clean & comfortable Lots of stairs to get to the front door. Shower over a tiled bath would be difficult for anyone with hip or knee problems.

Property was marketed as an hotel, not an apartment thus we expected added services like porters, shuttle service. We called the hotel to inquire about shuttle service and we were told there was a shuttle service to town every few minutes. Not true. Steos to reception and room was steep and no one to help with suitcases.
