Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your apartment. The speed of the internet can fluctuate at peak times, especially during the high seasons when everyone is trying to get onto it at once, but we apologize that you experienced issues with the service. Depending on the size of the laundry load, the washer and dryer can take several hours to run a full cycle. We do offer a drying room for skis, however it is housed at our Lodge property just around the block. Did you inquire about this facility with the Front Desk? With regard to your comment about the apartment you stayed in being "run down", if you like, we would be happy to discuss this further with you directly, as we endeavour to keep all of our apartments in relatively high and consistent condition.
