The water actually drained this time and we actually had heat for the night so things are looking up as far as for the maintenance but staff is rude and inconsiderate.

Great, reasonably priced hotel!
Reno Suites was comfortable and well-priced for a hotel downtown. Cleanliness of and condition of the rooms were both great. It was everything I needed and wanted for a short weekend trip. One thing that could be improved was the elevators. The call button for them in the lobby didn’t work very well and it was hard to tell if they were actually coming.

The hotel itself was a great bang for your buck. Rooms are nice and comfortable. The area around the hotel however is not great. Lots of beggers/homeless/druggies hang out around the area and are constantly bothering bystanders. There is lots of garbage, human/dog waste, puke and more all over the sidewalks as well. The parking garage for the hotel is across the street so avoiding the sidewalks isn't really an option. All of the bad isn't really the Reno Suites fault, but more that all of Reno is full of these people wandering the streets.
