Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - all three bedrooms, the garage bunk room, both bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining areas, laundry facilities and the outdoor entertaining space with the spa pool. Keyless entry makes arrival easy, and there's off-street parking for several vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

Fairway Views sits in leafy, central Glenholme, directly across the road from the Rotorua Golf Course - a lovely spot for an early tee time or a scenic morning walk. You're wonderfully central here: Te Puia's geysers and living Maori village are just two minutes away, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa, and the cafes, restaurants and supermarkets of central Rotorua are around six. The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, with its world-class mountain biking and walking trails, is a short bike ride or about a nine-minute drive, and Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are around twelve minutes across town.



Getting Around:

A car is handy, though you're close to everything. The Rotorua Golf Course is across the road, Te Puia two minutes away, and the lakefront and central Rotorua around six. The Redwoods forest is a short bike ride (about nine minutes by car), with Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours roughly twelve, and Rotorua Airport about twelve minutes away. There's keyless self check-in and off-street parking for several vehicles, and Ubers and taxis service the area.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 191 Mbps. Heat pumps provide heating and cooling throughout, including in the garage bunk room. Check-in is keyless and contactless.



This property has a Minut sensor in the living room that monitors noise and smoke. It never records audio - it only sends our property managers a decibel reading if noise stays above acceptable levels for a sustained period.
