The staff was wonderful, it's not their fault they have a broken, old hotel!! Water was dripping from the fire sprinkler in bathroom when we first got there. They quickly switched us to another room, which was nice. But we ordered pizzas, and they got invaded by ants while sitting on the counter!

I felt I was in a ghetto. Couldn't sleep well. The couple above me was having sex well past midnight, and all I heard was the bed rocking, rocking, rocking. The next morning, the people in the room next to me were watching a soccer match on television and kept yelling in Spanish. "Puta!!" was yelled every 10 to 15 seconds. I never felt so tired after staying in a hotel. I couldn't leave soon enough.

I asked to change to a room close to my family(this was only about 5 mins after I checked in) and they said they had limited rooms so could not change my room. My other sister decided to get her own room a few hours after check in and they gave her a room close to the rest of the family - no problem! Then we finally get to our room and it had a really bad musty, moldy smell. Our shower had mystery hairs in it. 😩 The only plus to this stay was the breakfast. Staff were friendly and the food was good.

I love the extra space and comfort a suite gives you. It’s a very attractive building and the gardens are very nice. Lastly, the morning buffet is very nice as well. Having an omlet bar is a nice touch as well.
