Room was dirty, door latch was detached from the door frame rendering it worthless. Sheets did smell clean. A front desk employee walked into the room without knocking or announcing herself. When I called the desk she simply said “it was me but I knocked”, only reason you would state without asking is because you’re lying.

I booked the room and messaged them to let them know that we had a late flight and would be checking in around midnight. We arrived at 11:50PM to check-in. I booked through Expedia and had already paid for the room. The front desk agent said that I had to have a credit card on file and they charge me again for the room. I got in my room and there was only one single bed and I had booked a double bed because we had three people. I spent the next hour and a half in the office trying to get a refund. This place was very sketchy and obviously not trustworthy. It is not in a very secure neighborhood.

First of all, I was asked to pay a $35 check in early fee that was reduced to $15. I checked in one hour earlier than I expected to. I have never paid any hotel a check-in early fee. Secondly, the room looked bad. Thirdly, it was very noisy outside at all hours of the night. Fourthly, the TV did not work well. I will never stay at this location again, even if they offered me a room for free.

Part of the appeal for this place was the pool which was completely unkept. It was green and low and disgusting. The batgroom door had holes in it. The room door had signs of being kicked down. Nothing looked clean. It was overall disgusting and unpleastent

The bedding on both beds had yellow and brown stains all over. Went down to front desk and they changed it right away. Another customer went in their room above me and it wasn’t even cleaned. Trash everywhere, beds a mess. Was not impressed with this place, especially for the price I paid.

Extremely noisy wall AC unit. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. The majority of electric plugs and light switches non functional. Bathtub was filthy and lampshades were shredded. Very noisy location by the highway. A blight on the Wyndham “reputation”. I woke up with itchy bites on my back.
