You will enjoy breathtaking views of live oaks while enjoying your morning coffee in sunroom or barbecueing on back deck and watching golfers. The PERFECT location for your getaway, Beach access 9 is a short walk from house and Club is close by too. Updated kitchen with all new appliances/quartz countertops and open floor plan. New wood/LVP flooring throughout, fresh paint, new furniture, linens, brand new master bath with large shower and soaker tub makes any guest feel right at home. 5 separate gathering spaces groups plenty of space to gather or take time to themselves. Kids will enjoy a custom bunk room that sleeps 6 and includes a sectional, smart TV, Xbox, and movies for an added space of kids to hang out. If you’re planning an adult getaway 2 of bunk beds are full beds. There is a second master suite on the second floor that features a king bed, couch and smart tv and attached newly renovated bathroom. The home is bright, airy, and spacious. There is also a pool table for added fun, sunroom for extra gathering space, and large outdoor deck overlooking the golf course. The home also features a large open kitchen perfect for gatherings and plenty of seating. Fully stocked kitchen allows every chef to feel right at home. The house has 2 refrigerators (one located in laundry room) and plenty of seating with the large dining table and 4 additional bar stools to accommodate 12 guest comfortably. This home is beautifully decorated in coastal decor to take you straight into VACAY mode! The home is approx a 9 minute walk to the beach near boardwalk 9 and 15 minute walk to the Seabrook Island Club. The home also offers a lot of the kitchen essentials, brand new beach chairs, beach wagon, tandum bike and addtional bikes, cooler, umbrellas, and beach toys. Bring your swimsuit, we try to think of everything else! Amenity cards included. These cards will give you access to the oceanfront pool (seasonal), Pelican's Nest Oceanfront restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House Restaurant, and golf and tennis. The Amenity card covers all guest staying in the home and only one card is needed. If you need additional cards they must be requested AT LEAST ONE WEEK prior to your stay. The exterior door of this home has a ring doorbell with camera to ensure proper house cleaning services are provided to guest. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the privacy in this public area. To disable or obscure the camera is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

Seabrook Island is a gated community with endless activities that include tennis courts, fitness center, equestrian center, indoor pool, outdoor pools, biking, playgrounds, and beautiful beaches. Our family fell in love with the natural beauty and wide spread beaches that never seem to be crowded! You can also visit Bohicket Marina and admire a beautiful sunset while having dinner at the Salty Dog Cafe. They also have live music most nights then hop over to the ice cream shop! Freshfields Village is a bike ride away and features several retail stores, dining, and a grocery store. Charleston is just 40 minutes away if you want to enjoy some of that southern charm. You will fall in love with the island and keep wanting to come back!

Searenity house was fantastic! The house was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries including laundry detergent, which we needed, being close to the beach and sand. We rented the golf cart, which was great to get around the beautiful Seabrook community. The pool and beach were great and easy to get to with the bikes that were included with the house, as well as the golf cart (LSV) . There were sand chairs and toys and a beach wagon, all of which we used and appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of room for the whole family, with 5 large bedrooms an awesome bunk room that could sleep 8 if needed. The WiFi was easy to connect to and the speed was fast. Ralph and Debbie were very accommodating and easily accessible and accommodated all of our needs. Overall a great stay at a lovely home. We hope to be back someday!

This was a great house for our family! We’ve been coming to Seabrook for 16 years and this is one of the best properties we have rented. It fit our families needs very well. The bunk room is great for kids and the pool table was a real hit! The kitchen is well equipped and there is a ton of beach gear in the garage. Ralph and Debbie were great hosts and easy to reach with any needs.

This was a beautiful, well equipped house. The open floor plan was perfect for our large family to spend time together. We ate all our meals there and had everything we needed to prepare and serve food. The location was nice, an easy bike ride to the beach. We also made good use of the LSV. Any needs or concerns were managed immediately. We would highly recommend this home!

Great Muli-Generational Vacation House

What an amazing vacation home for a big multi generational family! We planned a large beach vacation this year with family members of all ages. We were looking for somewhere that could accommodate 8 adults and 6 kids. The house exceeded our expectations! We had grandparents, multiple sets of adults, and grandkids. They were all able to have their own spaces and places to play and sleep. The pictures do not do the bunk beds justice! You have to see them in person to appreciate how nice they are. They are perfect for throwing all the kids together in a bedroom away from the rest of the family. Our family has rented several homes meant for large families, and this house by far was the best equipped and most abundantly stocked out of all of them. You will find everything you need and more. From the kitchen to the beds to the beach supplies to even the best selection of board games we have ever seen, this rental knows how to take care of their renters to make sure they are comfortable. Also please reach out to the rental company about renting their golf cart. It is the cherry on top for making this your best vacation ever, and will make it easier to move Grandpa and the youngest grandchild to and fro to the great amenities and beaches on Seabrook Island.

Beautiful Home, Perfect location

We've recently returned from our wonderful stay on Seabrook. We found the house was very spacious with the 5 separate bedrooms and lots of room for the families and kids to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and watching the golfers as they played through. The house had great accessibility to walk or bike to the Ocean House or Beach Club and the beach access was close by. We also enjoyed using the bikes provided and rented a few extras for the kids. The home itself was very well equipped - but do remember personal items for bathing and detergent for the washer. It took a bit to figure out the amenity cards and car passes- but got up to speed after a few days. We were there in the early part of the season so hours were limited or abbreviated at some of the eating options on Seabrook. As for the hosts Kim and Matt- we found them to be extremely responsive, gracious and very willing to work through any questions or concerns. Kim was quick to offer workable solutions when a few issues came up. We would happily rent this property again and hope to return to Seabrook next year.

Amazing home and hosts.

We had an amazing stay here! The home is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and very comfortable. Our whole family stayed here for our son’s wedding at Seabrook. The home is conveniently located close to the wedding venue and it’s an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. The hosts were wonderful to deal with, very responsive, clear instructions and we really appreciated their checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was great. Highly recommend this home and would definitely book it again!

August 2024 Stay on Seabrook

We had an amazing stay at this home on Seabrook Island! The house was perfect for our needs offering plenty of space, comfort and all the amenities we could’ve asked for. We were three families with seven kids who all loved and fit in the bunk room together. While we could’ve walked to the closer beach, we ended up driving most of the time to Beach Walk 2 which was a bit further but much larger. We also loved the pool and the amenities we had access to within Seabrook. The home was very clean when we arrived and beautifully decorated making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. Kim is a great host and we will definitely be back!

Unexpected disappointment because of weather, but hosts were fantastic.

We have been going to a Seabrook Island every summer for almost two decades, and we have never had more than one day of rain. This year, we had the great misfortune of arriving on the island 24 hours before Hurricane Debby. With only one day of gloomy weather under our belts, the ominous reports were relentless- torrential rains, historic flooding, and likely loss of power. After much deliberation (and tears from the kids), we decided it was best to leave. Kim, the host, could not have been more kind. She graciously refunded a portion of our money, even though she didn’t have to. She was thoughtful, professional, and generous in her dealings with us. Moreover, the house is beautiful- clean, well-equipped, and perfect for large families wanting to spend time with one another and enjoy the beautiful beach.Though we we’re immensely disappointed, Kim’s handling of the situation made it so much better. We are rebooking for next June, and can not recommend this home highly enough!

Perfect place

This home was the perfect place for 10 ladies on our tennis trip. Close to the courts, the beach and shops. We were able to relax and unwind in the open floor plan, with 5 spacious and well furnished bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals during our stay. The host responded to my many questions quickly and patiently. The house is immaculate and beautiful and we can't wait to go back next time.

Picturesque Vacation Home

I visited with a group of friends and family for a wedding at Seabrook. Kim kept in close contact whenever I had questions regarding the amenities, access cards, etc. The home is even more beautiful than it looks in the pictures with a wide open living room, pool table, and plenty of sleeping space. I wish I had booked a longer stay. No drawbacks on this one, so book it sooner than later.

Blown Away

We were absolutely blown away by this rental. The layout was perfect for our two families which included four adults and five kids. We actually felt like we comfortably could have fit another family. The adults were able to chill out and relax downstairs while the kids were well entertained on the 3rd floor. This rental had it all: beautiful updated decor, peaceful location, games for all ages, bikes, sand toys, a fun kid zone, and access to loads of fun amenities. It's always the small, personal touches that make a rental extra special. The downside to most vacation rentals is having to buy items that you really only need to use a handful of times during your stay. Think sugar, salt, basic spices, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. This rental was stocked with everything we needed and more. Every time we thought we forgot to buy something, we'd find what we needed stocked in the cabinets. This small attention to detail made our out of town vacation so easy and relaxing. The hosts were incredibly helpful with suggestions for a rainy day and were kind enough to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved our stay and our kids left begging for us to return again.

Outstanding home in the perfect location

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend in Charleston. This beautiful home was exactly as described but better. Beautiful decor, amenities throughout the house, open floor plan, bedrooms were immaculate and conveniently located just outside the city to relax after a day of being tourists. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, large dining room table and plenty of seating for any size group. The home is located in a private community right on the golf course to give it that resort feel. The host was available for any and all questions we had throughout our trip. There was even a huge notebook of valuable information (restaurants, shopping, activities, etc...) we needed for our stay. Without a doubt I would stay in this home again if we are ever back in the area.

Amazing Rental on Seabrook Island

Our vacation to Searenity on Seabrook Island was perfect from the booking process to checkout. The house is spacious, well-appointed, very clean, and in an excellent location, just steps away from the amenity center and the beach. Our host Kim was very responsive in answering any questions I had and setting up our amenity cards and gate passes. During our week, she responded in just minutes when I need an additional gate pass for our arranged transportation into Charleston. I would highly recommend Searentiy and look forward to booking another week at the house sometime soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was large enough to accommodate my extended family with everyone having plenty of their own space. The property was very clean (and I’m picky!) and was well stocked without being cluttered. The location was a super short walk to the beach although we loved renting a golf cart to get to the beach or just cruise around the island. The owner was very responsive and was kind enough to check in on us twice during the stay although we didn’t need anything. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone that wanted to experience the beauty of Seabrook.

Updated home with great golf course views

We enjoyed the updates and kitchen space in this home. The home had a very short walk to Pelican beach and the pools (beach club). We really enjoyed sitting in the enclosed back porch or large deck watching golfers and grilling ! The pool table was fun and there were plenty of other games to play, books to read, bikes to ride etc.... Great king bedrooms (2) suites for adults and excellent large bedroom for children with tv and games... all bed mattress were clean and comfy. This house really had it all, we can't say enough great things! We will be back to stay again.
