The location is great. It’s an older hotel but the staff makes up for any lacking upgrades

Breakfast could’ve been better however people were amazing especially Henry, but the water in room does not get hot. Not fun showers. Amen.

Waking up to the Miami skyline and water views felt unreal. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is unmatched. The pool scene was beautiful, the ambiance was upscale without feeling pretentious, and every detail gave luxury. The Penthouse was spacious, immaculate, and truly made our Miami trip unforgettable. It felt private, exclusive, and worth every moment. What really stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure every part of our stay felt special.
