Invest in comfortable pillows

This was a 2 night stay with family. The staff were friendly and professional. The location of hotel was not difficult to navigate. It’s conveniently located near shopping area and places to eat. Breakfast was good too. Not your usual “continental” of just cereal and muffin. My only complaint is the uncomfortable feeling of the pillows in the room. I couldn’t sleep because the pillows felt like they were bulky sheets rolled in a pillowcase. I had to use my baby’s plushie pillow the next day to get some sleep.

Very nice and welcoming young man at the front desk. He gave me a room on the top floor as requested. I was on the back side of the hotel and there was plenty of parking in the rear, with an additional entrance and elevator. The only complaint i have is the lack of an ice machine and vending machine at the back of the hotel. It looks like there used to be machines and there is still signage posted. You now have to walk down the hall around to the other side to get ice. I checked a different floor and it was the same situation. My shower makes a horrendous high pitched noise when turned on and the water pressure was pretty low. There's also only one hook to hang a towel on. A towel bar or additional hooks would be nice. Theres a small fridge and mircrowave in the room. Plenty of electrical outlets and usb outlets as well.
