The amenities were simple. Bed clean. Water could not be used we needed to buy water as we couldnt use the tap. No bottle water was offered. Hair in shower.

Ok for an overnight stay, easy parking. Rooms are a bit rundown, sticky floors, dirty carpets in the corridors and the smell of food permeates the place from microwaves in the main corridor near the front door. Will stay elsewhere next time, but I’ve stayed at worst places so not terrible!

It was dirty, the bed was not ready and did not have enough ved sheet to cover us. The floor was sticky and undernead the bed was dirty like never being clean. No control remote to use the tv.

The first contact at receiption was great, friendly and informative. Room was basic but clean and tidy. Wifi great Toilet and shower area is small but served its purpose. For an overnight stop this was a great budget option. Lots of food options across the road.

Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.. One night was enough, reception staff was friendly enough. Not many other positives to speak about tbh.

Room was quite old, blood stains on wall, hairs in bathroom, no housekeeping even after requested on a front desk. Also nobody at front desk for late check inn and no emergency number were posted anywhere to contact for late check inn. SYD Downtown is also quite far.

Breakfast was good as a continental buffet. Kids loved the pancake machine. Blind was stiff and taped down the bottom and the fridge froze my food. However it was a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the price

Being with a wheelchair bound wife there were a few suggestions for improvement. Power supply closer to bed head via cord or powerboard for medical equipment, phone charger and computer, a side table for cup of water etc, a luggage rack

Gathering of the family

Being with a wheelchair bound wife there were a few suggestions for improvement. Power points closer to bed for medical equipment, charging phone and computer. The shower fixed seat is very small and not suited to a larger adult, a side table at the bed for placing a cup of water etc would be appreciated as would something to place luggage on. Maybe drop down/ fold away items for the suggestions in the limited space.
