Didn't have the room I reserved and pre-paid for wich was a 2 Queen, stuck 3 of us in a 1 Queen with a sofa that was disgusting. Window was busted with cardboard taped over the hole. Toilet handle was broken and wouldn't flush, had to take the tank lid off to flush it by hand.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and didn't have a security swing lock on the inside. It looked like it had broken off. The shower was lovely. The street noise was a bit much, but I guess that can't be helped. No fresh fruit at breakfast, but I wouldn't think there is much of a run on breakfast. Location was great for us. Price was good too.

The doors are very insecure, they actually have a gap so you can see between and under the front door…not safe looking at all…the heater never turned on, everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time and the internet didn’t work.
