Front desk staff spend too much time on the phone. I called in advanced and waited more than 20 minutes. When I checked in I waited more than 15 minutes. Printer in business center was not working. I checked the print queue, it showed some pending print job since several days before. So people gave up but staff never check.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok to get you going. Pool is very small, didn’t go in but big enough for a “few” people, hot tub small also. Has 1 elevator, long wait at busy times. Room was ok, city view on 2nd floor was a couple of trees , a small roof and street view. Area is Asian, with mostly asian restaurants and stores, but it was ok, as we were out and about during the day. There was a nice convenient shopping mall a couple of blocks over.

The location was convenient for our daily activities. The room was clean and tidy. The shower had some caulk mold. The fan in the bathroom was hardwired and ran all the time. The pool is quite small. The breakfast served meat balls instead of standard breakfast proteins.
