The room and bathroom were attractive, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was expensive and mediocre The pool was almost impossible to get to (3 stairs, long barren corridors) and not kept clean, though the space itself was nice.

Very comfortable bed.

The bed, pillows and sheet were all very comfortable. Front desk staffs need more training for making suggestions. Concierge would have made the hotel a 5 Star.

The hotel was clean and met all our needs. Only feedback - staff not very friendly, pool access is not easy/maze with stairs and so many doors, and no coffee in the morning. The only access to coffee is via the restaurant and it was backed up all morning with ppl trying to get in. I stay in Marriott hotels frequently and they all offer coffee at the lobby for guests.

Great location, decent amenities; a bit noisy

Nice rooms, great location. Convenient to both airport (hotel provides shuttle) and skytrain. Walkable to many restaurants and local walking areas/parks. Walking distance to waterfront. Not too far from night market. Decent 24/h gym and pool. Only issue is the sound proofing is a bit lacking to outdoor noises. Can definitely hear all the traffic & the airplanes; the hotel does seem aware of this issue and provides ear plugs.

Great Hotel Close to Vancouver Airport

This was an overnight stay coming from a cruise, and they accommodated an earlier check-in for us without issue. Staff was friendly from Luggage Services at arrival through staff in The Apron for our meal. They arranged a very early wake up and taxi service to the airport the next morning and everything went as planned.

The room initially assigned to us was either someone in there or the door is broken, we asked the front desk a couple times and we eventually switch to a different room. We were exhausted after long international traveling. And no room service or resturant open late, front desk said only thing can order is McDonald. I was very hungry and upset. I’m sure many people stay in this hotel is for catching early flight, no food just very terrible experience.
