I have stayed at this property several times. Always had a great experience. I wanted to extend my stay by 1 day. I spoke to the front desk male on the saturday evening. The 29 of march. I asked him if it would be more reasonable on expedia than hotel rates. He kept calling me maam and was condescending through entire converation. Told me that i needed to pay for exact same room (which i was aware). Then told me i couldnt get vip expedia as i had already got it before(which i had not) fortunately...he has been the only rude staff member i have encountered at this hotel. For the years ive been going i have only dealt with professional staff.

I loved the highend decor. I love the bed it was so comfortable. I loved the water at the bedside table. The Bathtub wow.. it wascall amazing.loved it all. Brunos was good. Excellent on all counts

My favourite place to stay when overnighting by YVR. Rooms are beautiful, beds are great, staff is excellent. One of the few places that offer their airport shuttle to the south terminal as well. Highly recommend.

New boutique hotel in a great location. Rooms are big and very well laid out. One thing to be aware of is parking in the structure connected to the hotel is $30/24hr.

This is a beautiful new hotel close to the airport. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to help us manage a large amount of luggage both on arrival and departure. Valet parking available at a much cheaper rate than in the city. Walking distance to the outlet Mall and a short drive from the airport. The on-site restaurant was also excellent with great food and service. All in all would stay again for access to the airport but not if we needed to be in Vancouver itself.

Truly, a secret gem near the airport. Just 3 km away, with a private shuttle service, this beauty of a boutique hotel is top-notch. Luxuriously appointed, beautiful beds, intimate and cosy with a wonderful little bistro and bar in the lobby. Highly recommended.
